First of all sorry for the leave I was sick last week i was sick with an 103 fever and i`m still recovering. We lost our first volleyball match of the the season cos we played like really badly so i`m gonna be practicing a lot but anyways on to the topic:
Calorie counting
I`ve recently started doing this and I`ve been calculating the rough amount of calories I intake each day and limiting myself to not eat over a certain amount of calories. I used this site to calculate the rough amount of calories I need to intake per day with this site: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
So for me :
I`m 14 years old,
I `m female
I`m 46 kg or about 101 pounds
I`m 161cm or about 5,3
I exercise 3 to 4 times a week depending but i entered 3
So the amount of calories I need are :
1698 to maintain my current weight
1359 to loose weight
1019 to loose extra weight
I actually set my goal for each day to not go over 1450 calories so I can loose maybe a little bit of weight
So I also record the amount of calories i`ve burned each day. I get the rough calculation from this website
http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc While the rough food calories i get are from this website:http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc
I`m hoping to maybe get a better body shape and thinner legs but other than that i`m pretty satisfied wih my own body :)
Hope you guys get the body shape of your choice too!!

Fitness - Exercise
Fitness - Exercise
First I`m sorry I didn`t post yesterday and the day before yesterday cos I figured I won`t be posting on Thursday mostly other than random posts as I`m really busy on Thursdays while yesterday, yesterday was my BIRTHDAY!! I you heard me alright (well read it) so i went out with my family for dinner.
On to topic: Staying fit
To me, staying fit is not being skinny like twigs and eating close to nothing. To me exercise is one of the most important things. I like sports a lot and am a volleyball player and a short distance runner. While not everyone likes sports but regular exercise is important, whether it is just a morning jog, some yoga or gymnastics. Some times, just a 10-30 min jog per week can make a big difference. You will be losing any excess fat and building up some strength. You can also find a sport that you like. Maybe it`s Basketball? Volleyball? Dancing? Competitive Cheer-leading? swimming? Building up an interest in a sport can really motivate you. For example, I look forward to volleyball practice every week. Athletic training not so much but when you see the results you see it makes you feel really successful.
So keep fit, and stay fit, be healthy. :)
